It's official... Rare's first offering on the now codenamed 'Kinect' (Project Natal) is Kinect Sports. This is Rare's attempt to take on the almighty appeal of Nintendo's Wii Sports franchise. It features motion-control classic bowling, hurdles, football and even conducting the crowd. More news shortly!

E3 is almost upon us once again and as the news leaks we'll be posting it!
It's not official but this one could be the first offering from Rare.
Posted by the LA Times, Living Statue: One small step for Xbox, one giant leap for Microsoft's social media strategy. This game lets players record their avatars dancing and singing karaoke-style, then e-mail the video masterpiece to their friends. The company has long nurtured its ambitions for its Xbox Live online game service, which has 23 million active users, to become a virtual watering hole for people who play video games. Living Statue is the latest attempt to encourage its players to check into Xbox Live and make friends. Could this be Rare's first project for Natal given their past with Avatar characters?

Well you must have heard by now that Natal is hitting the streets in October this year. But does this mean Rare's releasing a game or two in time for this launch? Some rumors suggest so... what do we have to say? Look for an official (and very BIG) announcement from Rare in the not too distant future. Big things are coming........
