Try and stay neck and neck with her until near the end. If you kick her ass at the start, she'll come flying back.

Yeah, she tends to go slower if you go slower... but that doesn't mean go snail speed because she will just thrash you.

She's an absolute pain. D:

Just do mediocre speed. If she gets ahead of you, catch up, then slow down once you are neck and neck.

Because going at break neck speed from the word go doesn't work.

The way I did it was to use the Superbanjo cheat. It actually made the cart go faster...
