It's not only the case with The Lion King, according to me, but also that new 3D animated film titled The wild... It looks so much like Madagascar. Disney became somewhat pretty unoriginal lately. Why can't they be like DreamWorks or Pixar? (before being sold)

There's one major difference between the two that makes any other similarity null. The Lion King rocked, the other one sucked nuts.

I think people that has this opinion should really think about getting a brain:

It's not the graphics/renders we're talking about... but the fact that Disney rips off whole concepts from others. It was done with Atlantis: the lost empire too and The Wild (new 3D animated movie) is just another Madagascar like. Now that I realise the relation with Tezuka and Disney's Lion King, I just can say they really need to be original for once.

I think everyone in this topic needs to go watch the Lion King.

Maybe an awesome film but it was ripped! The whole concept just got better because Disney puts its touch into it. But it is still stealing! Tezuka WAS the original. Disney takes all the beautiful comments in this case while they stole them from this japanese cartoon. I think it's quite unfair.

lol i rember in the orignal copy of vhs it said sex in the clouds at the end lol. also in the little mermaid at the part when she jumps in the ocean it says "teenagers take your cloths of" if you turn it all the way up. im serious lol

Yeah, think about it. Simba Rhymes with Kimba. And Both their fathers are dead in the stories. And the simpsons made a joke of it.
